Sandra Schmitz – Judge

Sandra Schmitz is 38 years old and from Germany. The DQHA Professional Horse(wo)man has been involved with horses all her life.

As a Youth and young rider she has sucessfully shown in allround events up to European Championships. After finishing her degrees at university – in Germany and England – she „switched sides“ and became an AQHA and APHA carded judge in 2009.

Since then she has judged many major events throughout Europe. Sandra is involved in many Quarter Horse related activities in Europe – she has been showmanager for the 2019 European Team Cup.

„Being asked to judge the Youth World Cup 2020 is a marked priviledge. I’m looking forward to being part of this fantastic event. A common interest – the American Quarter Horse – is bringing young people from around the World together.

A passion, which is building a bridge between differnt people, countries and cultures. I wish everybody attending the event tons of fun and great experiences.“

Rick LeMay – Judge

Rick LeMay has been a horse show judge now for over 20 years,

in 2015 he retired from active competition and began to focus more

on judging and teaching.

He has judges cards with the AQHA, NRHA, NRCHA, NCHA, NSBA,


He has judged the major shows throughout Europe In the NRHA

and the AQHA.

Anders Rosenberg Ringsteward

Anders is from Denmark and have been involved with horses all of is life.

He is an AQHA member and has served as Ringsteward at numerous AQHA/ APHA Shows, national Championships as well as the NRHA European Championship. Anders owns a Quarter Horse and won the title Rookie of the year in 2006 and later went on to win numerous national Championships, Futurity wins, all around titles and highpoint titles.

In 2006 he was a part of the Danish Youth Team represented at the YWC in Amarillo, TX and in 2017 and 2019 he served as manager for the Danish Amateur Team competing at the Euro Cup. Anders is a member of the DKQHA board and appointed International Director for the Danish Quarter Horse Association.

Linda Hansson – Ringsteward

Linda is from Sweden and she gots her first QH back in 2007. But showed western on her “all breedshorse” before that. She was a working youth at the Swedish Quarter Horse Association since she was 14, working and helping out at shows. Showing her mare Good Girls Invited. She is two times Swedish Champion in Amateur Pleasure, one time Senior Pleasure and one time Amateur Trail.  She´s been on the borad of NSBA since 2014.
